According to Strategy Analytics, Xiaomi ranked first in sales of 5G smartphones shipped to the Central and Eastern European market in the third quarter of this year. The company’s share was an impressive 41.8%.

It is worth noting that a year earlier, the company’s share of the 5G smartphone market in Europe was 4.3%. Analysts predict that Xiaomi will become the leader in Central and Eastern Europe by the end of the year. Moreover, no one will be able to dislodge it from the top of the 5G smartphone market in this region in 2022. Experts agree that Xiaomi’s success is due to the release of new interesting models, including the Xiaomi Mi 11 and Redmi Note 9T 5G, as well as the decline in sales of Huawei.

Xiaomi is the world’s leading manufacturer of Android-based 5G smartphones in the third quarter of 2021, leading the market in Central and Eastern Europe. Over the past year, Xiaomi has overtaken Apple and Samsung to take first place.

Second place was taken by Apple with a share of 26% and thanks to the iPhone 12 line. OnePlus is also in the top five, with a 2.5% share of the market.
