The strengths of the manufacturer’s own software include multitasking, gesture control support, and speed and fluidity. User reaction to Mi India’s Twitter post was not what the company would have liked. But note that the message hasn’t been deleted yet. In response, the owners of Xiaomi smartphones gave examples of problems that are seen in the firmware. For example, the sudden restart of Xiaomi Mi 11X and POCO F3, the inability to switch between applications in Redmi Note 5 Pro, and problems in Redmi Note 9 Pro Max that even a service center cannot handle.
