The detailed specifications of the future flagship Xiaomi-Mi Mix 4 have finally appeared on the network. This smartphone will be the manufacturer’s first mass model with a camera under the screen, and its premiere will take place very soon – on August 10th.
The Mi Mix 4 didn’t get a 2K screen like the Mi 11 Ultra, instead it got a 6.67-inch curved OLED display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels at a frame rate of 120Hz.
The hardware platform of Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus. It was believed that the world’s first smartphone on this single-chip system would be Honor Magic3 Pro, which will debut on August 12, but it turned out that Mi Mix 4 will bypass it in just two days. Also, the Xiaomi flagship will receive LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 RAM, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6 and UWB flash memory (a first for Xiaomi smartphones), a glass back panel and a metal frame. The software platform of the device is Android 11 with a proprietary interface MIUI 12.5.
The main camera has three sensors, including a periscope. The main resolution is 108 megapixels. There is no additional screen like the Mi 11 Ultra, but there is IP68 protection. The battery capacity was 5000 mAh, charging is very fast: 120 W wired and 80 W wireless.
