We are talking, in particular, about a wired system called HyperCharge, which provides 200 watts of power. This allows you to fully charge the 4000 mAh battery in just eight minutes.
The technology was shown in action in May this year, and it was recently revealed that the Chinese company NuVolta Technologies created the NU2205 chip, which allows 200W charging in commercial devices. Presumably, this is a product that Xiaomi will adopt.
Network sources claim that the first Xiaomi smartphone with 200 watt charging will be released around June next year. This could be one of the Xiaomi Mi 12 family, probably the most expensive version of the Xiaomi Mi 12 Ultra.
In addition, Xiaomi smartphones are expected to introduce ultra-fast wireless charging with up to 120W of power. This system will allow you to charge a 4000 mAh battery from 0% to 100% in just 15 minutes.
