Three months after the announcement of RedmiBook Pro 14 and RedmiBook Pro 15, Xiaomi has released their new versions.
What is known
The main difference from previous models was the filling. Instead of Intel chips, devices received AMD processors. The 15-inch RedmiBook Pro has a Ryzen 5 5600H or Ryzen 7 5800H to choose from. Both options come with the latest Zen 3 (Cezanne) cores and Radeon graphics.
As for the 14-inch RedmiBook Pro, it has a choice of Ryzen 5 5500U or Ryzen 7 5700U processor with old Zen 2 (Lucienne) cores. Other technical characteristics of the new products remain the same. Laptops received screens with a resolution of up to 3.2 K and a frequency of up to 90 Hz, RAM up to 16 GB, SSD up to 1 TB, batteries up to 70 Wh, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-A 3.2 Gen1, USB 2.0, HDMI, 720p webcams and fingerprint scanners built into the power button.
Price and when to expect
Sales of RedmiBook Pro 14 and RedmiBook Pro 15 Ryzen Edition will begin in China in the coming days.
