Xiaomi has pleased users with an updated line of affordable Mi TV EA TVs. The new series, designated by the index 2022, has seven models with diagonal screens of 32, 40, 43, 50, 55, 65 and 75 inches. The resolution of the younger model is 1366 x 768 pixels, the resolution of 40-inch models is Full HD, and all models with 50-inch screens are characterized by 4K resolution.
The novelties received an almost frameless design in a metal one-piece body, an improved sound subsystem and matrices undergoing pre-factory calibration. They are also equipped with a remote control and have Xiao AI’s proprietary built-in voice assistant with the ability to activate it with your voice. From a technical point of view, TVs are unified with Xiaomi TVs of the A, C and X series.
Pre-sales will begin in China on April 18, and actual sales will begin on April 25. Only the top model of the line, the 75-inch, will be delayed until May. The prices are as follows:
- 32 inches — $185;
- 40 inches — $245;
- 43 inches — $275;
- 50 inches — $385;
- 55 inches — $415;
- 65 inches — $550;
- 75 inches — $76.
Third-party TV buyers (that is, those who purchase them by pre-order) are guaranteed $30 to $45 discounts, depending on the model—all but 75-inch.
