The day after tomorrow, March 29, Xiaomi will hold a global presentation. And a few days before the official announcement, another novelty became known, the debut of which will take place on Monday.
Meet Mi Band 6
So, the rumors were confirmed: on March 29, Xiaomi will introduce a new generation of the Mi Band 6 fitness bracelet (Mi Smart Band 6 in the international market). This year’s launch will be early because last year’s Mi Band 5 was only announced in June.
Anyway, Xiaomi has already released a couple of promotional posters. The first one only shows the outline of the tracker at number 6.

But the second image confirms the date of the announcement and also reveals the design of the gadget. Judging by the render, the bracelet will finally get a frameless display that occupies almost the entire space of the front panel.
Recall that Mi Band 6 is credited with an enlarged display, as many as 30 sports modes, support for the Alexa voice assistant, a sensor for measuring blood oxygen levels and the ability to respond to messages.
By the way, on March 29, they will also introduce Mi MIX, Mi 11 Lite, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra foldable smartphones, Mi Notebook Pro (2021) laptop and, possibly, a proprietary chip.
