The Chinese company Xiaomi announced the Poco F3 smartphone running the Android 11 operating system with the MIUI 12 add-on. The novelty received support for 5G cellular networks.

The silicon «heart» of the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor: the solution contains eight Kryo 585 cores with a clock speed of up to 3.2 GHz, an Adreno 650 accelerator and a Snapdragon X55 5G cellular modem. Power is provided by a 4520mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED DotDisplay screen. This Full HD+ panel has a peak brightness of 1300cd/m2, a contrast ratio of 1500:1 and support for HDR10+. The refresh rate is 120Hz and the touch layer response rate is 360Hz.

The front camera with a 20-megapixel sensor is installed in a small hole in the center at the top of the display. The triple rear camera includes a 48-megapixel module (f/1.79), a unit with an 8-megapixel sensor with wide-angle optics (119 degrees) and a 5-megapixel telemacro module.

Dimensions — 163.7 × 76.4 × 7.8 mm, weight — 196 g. The fingerprint scanner is located on the side of the case. Other hardware includes Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 6 wireless adapters, an NFC controller, a Dolby Atmos audio system with two speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.

The Poco F3 model is available in two variants (RAM / storage capacity) — 6/18 GB and 8/26 GB. The price is 350 and 400 euros.
