Xiaomi recently launched its flagship smartphone Mi 11 based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset in the international market. A more affordable model is expected to be announced soon, which will debut as Mi 11 Lite or Youth Edition. Today, the first live images of this device appeared on the Web.
Judging by the photo, the appearance of the smartphone will strongly resemble the design of the base Mi 11. The main camera unit will be located on the back panel, almost completely repeating this element on the older model. The screen with rather narrow bezels will get a round cutout for the front camera lens in the upper left corner, like the Mi 11. In addition, one of the photos allows you to get acquainted with the technical characteristics of the smartphone.
The new Mi 11 Lite will be based on the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 775 chipset, which will be paired with 6GB of RAM. Data released earlier by the Indian regulator BIS suggests that the smartphone will be available in 64GB and 128GB storage capacities, with a 4150mAh battery capacity. Announced support for fast 33-watt charging.
It is also worth noting that the Mi 11 Lite is credited with a 6.67-inch OLED matrix with Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The main camera will receive the main 64-megapixel sensor, complemented by 8- and 5-megapixel sensors. Among the wireless interfaces, it is worth noting Bluetooth 5.2 and an infrared emitter that will allow you to use Mi 11 Lite as a universal remote control. The device is expected to be released in a number of markets under the name Xiaomi CC 11. The smartphone is expected to cost between $300 and $350.
