As we have already reported, the Black Shark brand, backed by the Chinese company Xiaomi, is announcing a new generation of gaming smartphones this year. Another portion of information about the characteristics of this powerful device has appeared on the Internet.
The device will go on the market under the name Black Shark 4 or Black Shark 5, as the number «4» in Chinese culture is associated with trouble and failure. Earlier it was reported that the basis of the gadget will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 flagship processor with eight cores (up to 2.84 GHz), the Adreno 660 graphics accelerator and the Snapdragon X60 5G modem.
Now information about the game phone is published in the Google Play Console database. The device has the code PRS-A0: observers believe that this is a modification of the Black Shark 4 (5) Pro.
The smartphone is equipped with a Full HD + screen with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 440 DPI (dots per inch). The refresh rate can exceed 120Hz.
It should be emphasized that the Google Play Console data shows the Snapdragon 865 chip, but this is clearly inaccurate, since all the gaming flagships of this year have previously appeared with the said Snapdragon 888 platform.
The amount of RAM is listed as 12 GB. Among other things, it refers to the use of the Android 11 operating system. In addition, this is not a very clear image of the silhouette of the novelty. It can be seen that the side parts have physical control buttons: some of them will be used in games as triggers.
