Xiaomi recently launched its flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi 11, and is set to release several more devices in the series, including the Mi 11 Pro, which will be announced at the end of February. But the company will not stop there. Thus, the founder and CEO of Xiaomi Lei Jun hinted that after a two-year break, the company is preparing to launch the long-awaited smartphone from the Mi MIX series. On his Weibo page, he asked users if they were willing to buy a 10,000 yuan (about $1,545) smartphone and what they expected from it. This expensive (by Xiaomi standards) smartphone is expected to be the future Mi MIX of the next generation.

This model, unlike the Mi MIX Alpha smartphone, will not be a concept device and will be widely sold. According to experts, a folding design will be chosen for the future Mi MIX — a first for devices from Xiaomi. Considering that Mi MIX has always been positioned as an experimental series, this seems quite real.
