A few weeks ago, Xiaomi introduced the Mi Router AX6000 which supports Wi-Fi 6E. The device is already available in China for around $93.

The company has now begun distributing the first software to improve system stability and is also rolling out a fix to the Mesh technology.

The Wi-Fi 6E version has been upgraded to 4096 QAM encoding technology. This technology can increase frequency usage so that each packet can contain more data, which can greatly increase transmission speed. Compared to the previous generation, the throughput has increased by 20%.

Xiaomi AX6000 has 512 MB of RAM, six independent signal amplifiers and supports simultaneous connection of up to 248 devices. The router supports 4K QAM and, according to the manufacturer, is significantly faster than WiFi 6-enabled routers.
