Early rumors about the upcoming Redmi Note 11 series of smartphones reveal one interesting detail that Samsung would be ashamed of. The top-end Pro or Pro Max model is said to get support for 120W fast charging.

The information comes from a well-known Digital Chat Station insider who is known for publishing reliable information about unannounced devices. Such an improvement would be a significant jump over the current Note 10 Pro and Pro Max, which have a 33W charge, and even China-exclusive Redmi Note 10 Pro at 67W.

The only smartphones on the market from the Chinese brand Xiaomi that support 120W charging are the 11T Pro and Mix 4. The rest of the specs of the Redmi Note 11 Pro and its peers have not yet been revealed, but we expect more information in the near future.

Recall that similar models from Samsung received support for a maximum fast charge of 25W, although a weaker 15W power adapter is included in the kit.
