The Chinese company Xiaomi has released a teaser announcing the imminent announcement of the mid-range smartphone Redmi 10 Prime: this device will debut in a week — September 3rd.
The device will be based on the Helio G88 processor developed by MediaTek. The chip contains eight processing cores, including two Arm Cortex-A75 cores clocked at up to 2.0 GHz. 5G cellular networks are not supported.
The smartphone is credited with a 6.5-inch FHD + display with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The multi-module rear camera can include a 50-megapixel sensor. The amount of RAM will be at least 4 GB, the capacity of the flash drive will be 64/128 GB.
At the same time, network sources report that the powerful Xiaomi Mi 12 smartphones will appear at the end of this or early next year. It is claimed that the equipment of these devices can include a front camera with a resolution of up to 200 million pixels. The basis will be the future flagship processor Qualcomm product Snapdragon 898. The devices will receive LPDDR5X RAM and a fast flash drive.
